1. Camp bookings
If you cancel a camp booking, the refund depends on how far in advance of your session’s start date you cancel:
This tiered schedule applies to bookings paid in full online:
- 7 days or more before the session starts — 100% refund.
- Between 48 hours and 7 days before the session starts — 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before the session starts — no refund.
The refund is calculated on the amount actually paid online.
No-show: if you do not cancel in advance and do not attend the program, it is treated as a no-show and no refund is provided.
2. Events
Unless a specific policy is stated on the event page, event cancellations follow the same tiered schedule as camp bookings (based on the event’s start date). Some events may be non-refundable where clearly indicated at the time of booking.
3. 1-Year Support Plan & online programs
More generally, for online programs, once consultation, report review, an educational session, a diet plan, onboarding, or program access has started, the fee may become non-refundable — fully or partially — depending on the services already delivered.
4. Shop products
For physical products purchased from our shop, you may request a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided you notify us within a reasonable period of delivery with supporting details. Perishable or consumable items, and items damaged through misuse, are not eligible for return.
5. Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling, you may request to reschedule, subject to availability, prior notice, and approval by the DIAREV team. Where allowed, we may shift you to a future batch or program date at our discretion.
6. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to your bank or payment provider.
- Payment-gateway charges, bank charges, administrative costs, and applicable taxes may be deducted from an approved refund where applicable.
- Specific offers, camps, or special programs may carry their own refund terms, which prevail over this general policy where stated.
7. Cancellations by DIAREV
If DIAREV cancels or postpones a camp, session, or event, affected participants are offered a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to reschedule to a future program. We will notify you of any such cancellation.
8. How to request a cancellation or refund
You can cancel eligible bookings from your dashboard, or contact us at hello@drmadhab.com or +91 79788 49902 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM IST). Please include your booking/confirmation code.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
